Shipping

For all domestic orders within the continental United States:

  • Orders less than $100 ~ $5.95 Ground Shipping (USPS)
  • Order above $100 ~ FREE GROUND SHIPPING (USPS)
  • Local Delivery (40mile radius of zip 30039) ~ $15
  • Local Pickup (Snellville area) ~ Free (Email to check availability)

 

Please allow a processing time of 1 to 3 business days from the time of placing your order for your order to ship. We will contact you if we anticipate a major delay in the order!

J Wild Artisan does not ship Sundays or on national holidays. Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days of placing your order. Occasionally, orders will take longer depending on stock availability. We will notify you if this is the case with your order.

Normally, transit times are typically 2 to 5 business days within the continental US. However, due to COVID-19, all of the shipping carriers are experiencing delays. When you receive your shipping notification email, you may see that the tracking information says the label has been created and the carrier is "awaiting item." Your order has been handed over to the carrier but it can take a while for them to update the tracking, especially given major delays from COVID-19. Please allow 1-2 business days, and let us know if there's no further movement within that time frame.

Returns

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! We offer returns for our bracelets, necklaces and crystals (unless specified in details on the product page) within two weeks of the date your package was delivered. Shipping charges are not refundable. All earrings, bath and body products, sprays and mists, candles and clearing tools (smudge sticks, incense cones and sticks and resins) are final sale and not eligible for return.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If the item is returned due to a defect or missing/broken pieces you will be reimbursed for your shipping.

1. Get a return shiipping label by sending email to hello@jwildartisan.com

2. Securely pack your return, and send to: J Wild Artisan 4002 US-78, Suite 530-368  Snellville, GA 300393.

3. We will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit minus the cost of shipping.
