How are products packaged?

All jewelry comes in a beautiful gift box. You will receive a card identifying and describing your jewelry. It will have an in-depth description which tells the history or story behind the meaning/materials used in its creation.


What are your shipping rates? Where do you ship?


DOMESTIC

In order to deliver on our promise of exceedingly personal service and ensure prompt delivery of your fabulous order, we guarantee to process all in stock items within 24-48 hours and make every attempt to deliver your package within 3-5 business days after it ships from our store. Please note shipping in delayed in the month of December.

Custom Jewelry Only
Custom orders may take up to 4-8 weeks to complete as we make all orders by hand and to order. You will be notified via email when your order ships. Please feel free to email us if you have questions about your order

Free Shipping on all domestic orders over $100.

U.S. CUSTOMERS:
We use USPS standard mail for free shipping. You can select USPS 2-3 Day Priority Mail  or UPS. It usually can get items into the mail 2-3 days after receiving an order.Shipping insurance is the responsibility of the buyer, as it depends on the value of the purchase. We carefully package all items and are not responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail. If you want your item insured, please contact us before checkout and we'll send you a new invoice to include shipping insurance. Overnight shipping is available for the continental US for a flat $40 charge. When your items are ready to ship, they are shipped with delivery tracking.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We welcome international orders. Shipping charges are the actual cost of shipping and/or insurance. First Class shipping to most countries is reasonable in price and is usually safe, but does not allow insurance or tracking. We cannot assume the cost for loss or damage in shipping. Insurance coverage to most countries with Priority shipping is limited to $47. Please do not place your international order through our checkout system. Instead please contact us for shipping information and to place your order. We will send you an invoice. Shipping rates and regulations vary depending on the country to which we are shipping your item. Because it takes longer to process international orders, it may take us up to 3 business days to ship your order. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to fill your order!


What is your return/repair policy?
If when you receive your order you find that you are not satisfied, please contact us to discuss an exchange or refund within 5 days of receipt of your package. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and any shipping cost you may incur returning an item will be your responsibility.

Returns are only accepted if the item is received and is not as described and J. Wild Jewelry is contacted within 5 days of receiving. All returns must be discussed prior to return and postmarked within 7 days of receipt of purchase for a refund.

All J. Wild jewelry items are guaranteed for 30 days after purchase, and will be repaired or replaced if broken due to construction. Not all beads can be matched exactly and refunds will be given in these instances. Please treat your piece with care and it will last a long time. For repairs or replacements not due to construction, buyer is to pay for return shipping, additional charges for materials will also apply.

Crediting your returns/cancelled orders

We will credit your account on the card used for purchase once the return is received. Please allow 10-14 days for credit to be processed. Please note it may take 1-2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement. Shipping cost is not refunded on returned merchandise.

How do I Redeem a Coupon/ Gift Card?

  • Select the product that you would like to order and add to your basket. Use one code per cart.
  • Select "View Cart and Checkout."
  • Select either to proceed as a Guest (New Customer) or Sign In if you already have an account with J. Wild Jewelry.
  • Enter your Email and Billing Information then click "Continue to next step."
  • Enter your coupon/voucher code in the discount box at checkout and click "Apply." The price for your class/product will adjusted AFTER you enter the code.
  • Select "Complete my purchase"
