How are products packaged?
All orders are beautifully gift-wrapped.
What are your shipping rates? Where do you ship?
- We offer FREE Priority Mail shipping on all domestic orders over $150, which can take 1-4 days depending on the destination and time of year.
- For Rush USPS Express Mail, there will be a charge of $25.
- Please contact us for the cost of using UPS or FedEx, as these carriers are substantially higher.
- We DO ship to most countries. Send an email for shipping charges that vary by weight and destination.
- We do not ship to PO Boxes; when ordering please include a physical address.
- Orders ship within 24 hrs. unless it is a custom order.
- When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking number.
What is your return/repair policy?
Within one year of purchase all jewelry will be repaired at no charge provided there are no parts missing and the item has not been damaged by the recipient. If any stones need to be replaced there will be a charge for missing materials. There is no charge for labor but there will be a charge for shipping. For repairs after one year there will be a charge for any missing materials and labor plus shipping. Any fee for shortening, lengthening or changing a design will be based on the number of strands and time involved and should be requested in advance.
To return, please follow steps below.
1. Get a Return Merchandise Account (RMA) Number by sending email to email@example.com.Securely pack your returns including the packaging slip, and send to: J Wild Artisan 3904 N. Druid Hills Ste 134 Decatur GA 30033.
Returns:We guarantee our products 100%. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your selection, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. For returns within 8-15 days after delivery, a store credit will be issued. Shipping is non-refundable. ALL JEWELRY MUST BE RETURNED IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION. We cannot accept any item that has obvious signs of use or damage.
Crediting your return/cancelled orders
Please allow 10-14 days for credit to be processed. Please note it may take 1-2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement. Shipping cost is not refunded on returned merchandise.
How do I Redeem a Coupon/ Gift Card?
